Thermal Vision Poppers
"Knock Knock!

INGREDIENTS:

■ Large Jalapeños (12 count) 

■ Cream cheese (8 oz.) 

Shredded sharp cheddar cheese (1 cup) 

■ Blueberry goat cheese (1 oz.) 

■ Smoked Paprika (1/2 tsp.) 

■ Garlic powder (1/2 tsp.) 

■Thin cut bacon (12 strips) 

Ranch dressing (1/2 cup) 

■ Green food coloring (3 drops) 

■ Chili sauce (1oz.) 

■ Pepper 

■ Salt


INSTRUCTIONS:

•The Jalapeños

Prep. the targets. Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and scrape out the seeds (be sure to wear gloves and do NOT rub or scratch your face)! 

•The Heat Signature

In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, cheddar, Paprika, goat cheese and garlic. (In the video, we added every ingredient individually to each Jalapeño slice). Fill each Jalapeño. Sprinkle salt and pepper. 

•The Armour

Take your popper and wrap it in a bacon strip. Wrap at an angle to ensure full coverage. Pin with toothpicks if needed. 

•The Extraction (cooking)

Air fryer at 375° for 18-20 minutes until bacon appears crispy. (temperatures may vary depending on the air fryer model) 

•The Reveal

Serve them on a Platter. Arrange them anyway you like. Once arranged, pour drops of chili sauce over the top and sprinkle smoked Paprika over the poppers as well. 

•Green Blood Dipping Sauce

In a small bowl mix your ranch dressing and 3 drops of green food coloring. The sauce should begin to change into a bright green. Sprinkle pepper over the top (optional). Take a popper and dip that little flavor grenade into the Predator green blood. Introduce your mouth to the equivalent of the final battle between the Predator and Dutch!

Billy's Blood
"There's something in those tree's, and it's thirsty!"

INGREDIENTS: (enough for 2 drinks) 

■ Tomato juice (1 - 1/2 cup) 

■ Vodka (6 oz.) 

■ Lemon (1) 

■ Lime (1) 

■ Celery (2-3) 

■ Chili sauce (2 tsp.) 

■ Green food coloring (2-3 drops) 

■ Salt (1 tsp.) 

■ Pepper (1 tsp.)


INSTRUCTIONS:

•Forest Backdrop

Take the celery and cut lengthwise into 5-6 individual stalks. 

•The Elixir

Use a glass and pour the Vodka along with the food coloring. Stir until the haze blends into an emerald, crystal green look. *Take a large liquid container and fill it with ice cubes about mid way. This will be the container that the ingredients will be mixed in. 

•Citrus Handling

Squeeze the lemon and lime, with the strength of the Predator. 

•Jungle Flavor

Add the salt, pepper, and chili sauce. 

•The Landing Spot

Add the green Vodka and stir with a long spoon. Add the celery stalks for garnish and lastly, drop a straw into the green of that liquid jungle and sip the combination of cool and hot at the same time!
