Beetlejuice'd cocktail!

INGREDIENTS:

■ Dry ice (3-4 oz.) HANDLE CAREFULLY & USE P.P.E.(personal protective equipment) 

■ Mountain Dew (1 liter) 

■ Vodka (1-1/2 oz.) 

■ B-12 or Riboflavin extract (1 oz.) 

■ Popping pearls or boba balls (1-2 oz) 

■ LED submersible lights (for effect)

INSTRUCTIONS:

Make My Millennium! (The prep.) - Prep. time 5 mins. 

Take a carafe or a large liquid container. Add the Mountain Dew, Vodka and B-12/riboflavin extract and mix. Next, set up 2 glasses with the popping pearls inside. Pour the cocktail mix into each glass leaving about a 1 inch empty space from the top. This is to accommodate the L.E.D. and dry ice and avoid spilling. Ghosts don't enjoy spills! Next, wash and disinfect your L.E.D.'s. Once this is complete, drop them into each glass. *Don't forget to turn them on and choose your preferred colors. Carefully handle the dry ice! Wear your P.P.E. and use tongs to gently drop a small piece of dry ice to each drink. Watch the dry ice vaporize creating an even cooler effect if a black light is added over the drinks. ALLOW DRY ICE TO DISSIPATE COMPLETELY BEFORE INGESTING!!! Do not drink dry ice unless you want to really meet Beetlejuice! (Not recommended)!

The Bio-Blueberry Slush!

INGREDIENTS: 

■ Crushed ice (1 cup) 

■ Almond milk (1/2 cup) 

■ Frozen blueberries (1 cup) 

■ Monkfruit sweetner (1/3 cup) 

■ Sour apple schnapps (1/2 oz.) 


DIRECTIONS:

"I'm not coach!" (the prep.) - Prep. time 6-7 mins. 

Take a blender and add the crushed ice. Next, add the almond milk, frozen blueberries, and Monkfruit. Blend for about a minute or two or until it reaches a slushy consistency. You may use large droppers or even a beaker to add the sour apple schnapps into. In a tall glass, pour the slush. Now sink the beaker or droppers into the slush. Release the alcohol into the drink by injecting the droppers or just pour in the schapps from the beaker on to the top of the frozen delight. Take pictures and enjoy! Cheers!
