SK: Bishop’s Blood

INGREDIENTS:

14 oz (1 can) condensed milk
1 cup half and half cream
1 2/3 cup Irish whiskey
7-8 vanilla cookies
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp chocolate powder
1 tbsp shaved coconut
1 peppermint leaf for garnish

PREP TIME: 6-8 minutes

DIRECTIONS:

1 - Take a plastic sandwich bag and place your vanilla cookies inside. Proceed to smash them until completely crushed into a granulated consistency.
2 - Take your blender and add crushed ice (about 1 cup).
3 - Add condensed milk, half and half, and whiskey.
4 - Blend for a few seconds.
5 - Add coconut shavings and a dash of chocolate powder.
6 - Add the crushed cookies (do not completely empty bag) and a touch of nutmeg.
7 - Proceed to blend for another few seconds.
8 - Take a dish and place about 1 tbsp of coconut shavings, the remaining crushed cookies, and chocolate powder on it. Make sure to mix the 3 ingredients into one flat layer on the plate.
9 - Take a 4” ramekin and pour 2 tbsp of condensed milk into it.
10 - Take the rim of your serving glass and dip it in the condensed milk, making sure to cover the entire top edge and upper outer portion.
11 - Roll the top of the glass along the cookie crumb powder mix until the top of the glass is covered in it.
12 - Pour your beverage into the glass and top with a peppermint leaf for garnish.
13 - “Not bad for a human.” Enjoy.
